- BUILT-IN DRAINAGE SYSTEM: Rainwater landing on the louvers flows from the roof into channels in the pergola framework. Once in the horizontal framework, the rainwater then moves into the inside of the pergola posts and flows vertically down to the ground. Enhanced with deeper drainage sections for faster evacuation—keeping the area beneath dry and drip-free.
- CURTAINS AND NETS: Our pergola is equipped with detachable curtains and nets, offering protection against insects and rain, while ensuring privacy. Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Buckmere will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
