About this item

• High Temperature Resistant Crafted from double-sided silicone-coated fiberglass fabric, our fireplace rugs fire resistant offers exceptional heat resistance and flame retardancy. It has passed the SGS/UL94 V-0 flame retardant test, ensuring reliable fire protection. Withstanding instantaneous temperatures up to 1800°F, it effectively shields your floors and carpets from sparks, embers, and hot ashes. Please note: 1800°F is the peak/instantaneous heat rating- avoid prolonged exposure to direct high heat
• Ultra-Thin & Lightweight Design At just 1mm thick, this fireplace mat is designed primarily for spark and ember protection — Fireplace mats fireproof catch hot debris before it reaches your floor. The slim profile makes it easy to fold, store, and clean, while the silicone-coated surface resists ash and residue buildup. Please note: The 1mm thickness is intended for spark containment, not thermal insulation. For sustained heat sources, we recommend using a thicker, purpose-built insulating mat
• Easy to Clean & Store Our fireproof fireplace mat features a waterproof and oil-proof silicone-coated surface — most daily dust and debris can be swept off or shaken out, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. After a full season of use, you can rinse it with soap and water using a garden hose. When not in use, fold it up for compact storage. Please note: Folding may leave temporary creases, but they will flatten out over time once the mat is laid flat
• Wide Application Our fiberglass fire-retardant hearth pad is designed to protect a wide variety of surfaces — including SPC floors, hardwood, grass, decks, cement, pavers, and more — from sparks, embers, ash, grease, and spills. It works with virtually any heat source, both indoors and outdoors: Masonry fireplaces, gas fireplaces, wood stoves, pellet stoves, masonry heaters, as well as outdoor grills, chimineas, and fire pits. Wherever you need floor protection, this fireproof mat has you covered
• Non-Slip Silicone Surface Our fireplace mat features a non-slip silicone coating on both sides, which effectively increases friction with the floor surface. Kind Reminder: Since the area in front of the fireplace is a high-traffic zone (required for adding wood, cleaning ashes, etc.), foot traffic is unavoidable. The lightweight design that makes our mat easy to store and handle may also cause slight displacement on the floor when stepped on frequently
